Connect the domain without guessing.

TalkTalkTalk shows the records that make mail work: MX, SPF, DKIM, and an optional baseline DMARC policy. It understands whether Monopod publishes the zone or your registrar does.

A shared mailbox should actually be shared.

“hello@”, “support@”, and “billing@” do not need fake users or duplicated inboxes. They are mailboxes with exact owner, admin, member, and read-only roles.

The people with access see the same tags, read state, starred state, drafts, search lifecycle, and aliases. Shared work gets one shared truth.

Talk can store mailbox content encrypted so the browser unlocks visible mail and derives blind-search tokens locally.

Conventional mail clients need the server to project plaintext subjects, bodies, headers, and message source. Talk does not pretend those two guarantees are identical.

Talk Web decrypts mailbox content in the browser and supports blind search. Conventional IMAP, JMAP Mail, SMTP submission, and mail autodiscovery are gated.

External-client compatible

Talk Web, IMAP, JMAP Mail, SMTP submission, and autodiscovery can project normal mail content to authorized clients.

Internet email still passes through transient plaintext at SMTP receive and send boundaries. Stored-content encryption is not a claim that ordinary email becomes end-to-end encrypted.

Email is one of the last durable identities on the internet. Social networks rise and fall. Work accounts disappear when the work ends. A domain can keep pointing to you.

That is why domain email matters even when the mail itself feels ordinary. It is a small piece of independence: a name you can move between providers without asking everyone you know to update an address book.

But independence should not require an apprenticeship in mail operations. People should be able to see which records matter, create a mailbox, share it with the right people, bring old mail along, connect the clients they trust, and know whether delivery is healthy.

An alias, mailbox, device, credential, service account, or pending invitation does not create another human seat. Hosted launch access remains invitation-only until the exact production checkout and Stripe integration test workflow passes.

Your email deserves direct answers.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. TalkTalkTalk is centered on customer-owned domains. DNS can be Monopod-authoritative or hosted elsewhere; the readiness flow shows the exact records required in either mode.

Can several people use one mailbox?

Yes. Shared mailboxes use exact mailbox-scoped owner, admin, member, and read-only roles. The mailbox's tags, read state, starred state, drafts, aliases, and search state are intentionally shared.

Do aliases cost another seat?

No. Aliases route additional addresses into an existing mailbox. They do not create another inbox, permission set, search scope, or human seat.

Can I import mail from another provider?

Yes. Saved IMAP import sources support validation, folder selection, one-time imports, continuous sync, pause, resume, and visible health while preserving useful message and attachment history.

Can I use Thunderbird, Outlook, or another client?

Plaintext mailboxes support conservative IMAP, SMTP submission, JMAP Mail, CalDAV, app passwords, and standard autodiscovery. Encrypted stored-mail mode uses Talk Web for mail content because conventional clients require server-readable plaintext.

Is TalkTalkTalk self-hosted?

The standalone TalkTalkTalk offer is hosted by Monopod. TalkTalkTalk can also run as part of a customer-operated Monopod Personal or Monopod Business Self-hosted installation; that is a Monopod installation capability, not a separate hosted Talk acquisition.

Can I sign up today?

Hosted launch access is paid and invitation-only. An access request is not a signup grant; accepted users complete signup and billing through the Monopod account system.
